Common use of Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor Clause in Contracts

Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall perform the following services (the “Services”) of the following description as an independent contractor to ChinaTel acting as an Office Clerk during the entire Term of this Agreement. Among other services, the Services include, but are not limited to: duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures, duties assigned by supervisors, including answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing, word processing, maintaining office machines and filing.
