The Services include, but are not limited to: Mergers introducing ChinaTel to potential acquisition target companies, joint venture partners, and acquisitions of companies business development opportunities, including representing ChinaTel at meetings and various entities presentations related to such opportunities, in Russia and in the wireless broadband telecommunications business sector worldwideCommonwealth of Independent States of the Former Soviet Union.

Independent Contractor shall perform the following professional consulting services ("the “Services"”) of the following general description as an independent contractor to ChinaTel: Mergers ChinaTel for wireless telecommunications deployment and development of strategic partners, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of companies and various entities in the wireless broadband telecommunications business sector worldwidefor ChinaTel throughout Latin America.

Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall perform the following professional consulting services ("the “Services"”) of the following general description as an independent contractor to ChinaTelChinaTel acting as Management Consultant during the entire Term of this Agreement.
