SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY RIDGE LOCAL AFFILIATE. A. Subject to the second paragraph of Section 16.G of the Master Services Agreement and Section I.B, Ridge Local Affiliate will perform the services, functions and responsibilities described in Attachment A in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Schedule and the Master Services Agreement. Attachment A is hereby incorporated in and made an integral part of this Schedule. Any additional services to be performed by Ridge Local Affiliate shall be subject to the written agreement of the parties.
