SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY OPERATOR. 2 A. All services provided by OPERATOR shall be in accordance with the, 3 "Anaheim Police Department Rotational Tow Policy Guidelines and Requirements" (hereinafter 4 "Tow Policy"), as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the current Tow Policy is 5 attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. Any amendment to the Tow 6 Policy will become effective thirty (30) days after a copy of the amendment is delivered to 7 OPERATOR, unless an earlier effective date is specified by ANAHEIM in the amendment.
