SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT. (1) The DEPARTMENT agrees to make available to the CONSULTANT manuals, guides, written instructions and other information and data necessary to enable the CONSULTANT to perform the work or Services covered by WORK ORDERS issued under this MASTER CONTRACT to the same standards required of the DEPARTMENT's personnel.
