HOME ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED. The right of either the Owner or Tenant to receive TBRA Program assistance under this Contract is, at all times, subject to each party’s compliance with this Contract’s terms and requirements. Rental Assistance Payment Owner/Representative Initials: The rent due each month to the Owner under the Lease is identified in Exhibit A (the “Contract Rent”). The Owner shall not increase the Contract Rent during the term of this Contract. The Program Administrator will provide a one time “Rental Assistance Payment” in the amount identified in Exhibit A to the Owner on behalf of the Tenant. The Rental Assistance Payment will be credited against the Contract Rent otherwise due under the Lease. The Tenant is responsible to the Owner for the “Tenant Contribution” identified in Exhibit A and any additional amounts due under the Lease not covered by the Rental Assistance Payment. Neither the Program Administrator nor the PJ assumes any obligation for the Tenant Contribution due monthly to the Owner, or the payment of any claim by the Owner against the Tenant. The Program Administrator's Rental Assistance Payment obligation is limited to making payment in the amount identified in Exhibit A on behalf of the Tenant to the Owner in accordance with this Contract.

The Owner must grant access to relevant computerized or other electronic records and to any computers, equipment, or facilities containing such records, and must provide any information or assistance needed to access the records. Such rights to inspect and review will not expire until five (5) years after the date of expiration or termination of this Contract.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED Provided Tenant is not in default, Landlord shall furnish to Tenant, except as noted below, the following utilities and other services to the extent reasonably necessary for Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises for the Permitted Use, or as may be required by law or directed by governmental authority:

  • Data to Be Provided In order for the Operator to perform the Services described in the Service Agreement, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached as Exhibit B.

  • Custom Branding for Directory Assistance (DA) is not available for certain classes of service, including but not limited to Hotel/Motel services, WATS service, and certain PBX services.

  • Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).

  • Student Data to Be Provided In order to perform the Services described in this Article and Exhibit “A”, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.

  • Information to be Provided The Fund shall provide to Service Provider a copy of the current prospectus and SAI. The Fund shall provide Service Provider with written copies of any amendments to, or changes in such documents promptly after such amendments or changes become available.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Group Meals to be Provided A. During the Program, the Contractor shall provide specified Group Meals, as requested by the Judicial Council, to be charged to the Master Account. Table 1, below, is provided to reflect anticipated Group Meals only and does not constitute a firm commitment. Prior to the Program, the Judicial Council will provide one (1) or more BEO’s to the Contractor setting forth the final detail on these items.
