Services to Former Participants. If a participant no longer receives assistance through the Program, the Contractor and the Contractor’s Key Persons shall be prohibited from providing any services to the participant in consideration for a fee or commission. The aforementioned prohibition shall end on the 180th day after the date on which the participant’s assistance ends.
