Sponsorship Benefits. 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

3.2 All sponsors have the opportunity to include a company profile on the virtual platform/ App. To ensure that all company profiles will be included on time, the Sponsor agrees to provide their company profile at the latest on Thursday 16 June 2022. Otherwise, inclusion of the company profile on the online platform may not be provided.
Sponsorship Benefits. In exchange for the Sponsorship Fee, Company shall receive the benefits described on Exhibit A.

3.2 Each Sponsor has the opportunity to bring a pop up stand which has the maximum measurements of 2.5m W x 2.2m H x 2m D. Larger stands will need to be approved by INREV beforehand in writing.
3.3 Other technical equipment such as AV, will be the responsibility of the Sponsor and can be arranged directly with the conference venue.
Sponsorship Benefits. During the Term, provided that Sponsor fulfills all of its obligations to Provider, including, but not limited to its payment obligations, Sponsor will receive the benefits described on Exhibit A attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof (the “Benefits”).
Sponsorship Benefits. In exchange for its contribution referenced above, Sponsor will receive the associated benefits per description of level selected.

3.2. All sponsors have the opportunity to include a company profile on the virtual platform of the Autumn Conference. To ensure that all company profiles will be included on time, the Sponsor agrees to provide their company profile at the latest on Friday 27 October 2023. Otherwise, inclusion of the company profile on the online platform cannot be guaranteed.
3.3. Each headline sponsor has the opportunity to bring a pop up stand which has the maximum measurements of 2.5m W x 2.2m H x 2m D. Larger stands will need to be approved by INREV beforehand in writing. The pop-up stand is not part of the Dinner sponsorship package.
3.4. Other technical equipment such as AV used for the sponsor stand (Art. 3.3), will be the responsibility of the headline/ support sponsor and can be arranged directly with the conference venue.
Sponsorship Benefits. In consideration for Takeda providing the Sponsorship Contribution to the Organisation, the Organisation confers on, and shall provide to, Takeda the sponsorship rights and benefits set out in Exhibit B (the “Sponsorship Benefits”).
Sponsorship Benefits the benefits provided to the Sponsor in consideration for its sponsorship of the Event(s) as more particularly specified in the Contract Details, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Sponsorship Benefits. During the Term, provided that Sponsor fulfills all of its payment obligations to LAYBS, Sponsor will receive the benefits described on Exhibit A, per the selected sponsorship level attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof and no others (the “Benefits”). Unless otherwise specifically stated in Exhibit A or elsewhere in this Agreement, all Benefits are for official in-season league sanctioned play only.
