Services to Residents. In connection with its management and leasing of the Project, where utilities and other services provided pursuant to Leases or specifically prescribed in the Operating Budget cannot be registered in the name of a Resident, Manager shall provide for such utilities or services to be provided in the name of Owner or the Project.
