Servicing and Other Compensation; Compensating Interest. (a) The Master Servicer, as compensation for its activities hereunder, shall be entitled to retain from collections on the Mortgage Loans the amounts provided for by clauses (ii), (iv), (v) and (vi) of Section 3.10(a), subject to clause (e) below. The amount of servicing compensation provided for in such clauses shall be accounted for on a Mortgage Loan-by-Mortgage Loan basis.
