Servicing Fees. You agree to pay to us servicing fees to cover our reasonable time and costs for administration of the Charge including without limitation, a fee or allowance for (a) dealing with each late or missed payment and for replacement of each cheque or other instrument not honoured when presented for payment or any preauthorized payment which does not clear as scheduled (b) preparing each assumption, arrears, reinstatement, discharge or other mortgage statement, whether provided to you, our agents or solicitors or any other interested person, (c) processing each application to obtain our consent to assume the mortgage or our approval or consent for any other matter required by the Charge whether or not approval or consent is provided or the matter is completed, (d) processing each extension, renewal, restructuring or other amendment of the Charge or amounts secured by the Charge, whether or not completed, (e) investigating status of any insurance and administering insurance cancellations and paying insurance premiums, (f) investigating status of realty tax payments and administering tax payments, (g) registering a financing statement or financing change statement or issuing or receiving any notice or information, security status or acknowledgement request and conducting any required searches, (h) registering electronically or otherwise or executing and delivering any discharge of this Charge (notwithstanding that the discharge may have been prepared by you or other person on your behalf), (i) the personal time and trouble of our employees or agents in collecting any payment or inquiring into compliance or otherwise reviewing or dealing with or enforcing any other obligation contained in this Charge or instructing and assisting counsel or other agents with respect to the enforcement of this Charge and any litigation in relation thereto or in managing or selling the Property including, without limitation, with respect to taxes, condominium fees and matters, insurance, repair and construction, environmental matters, leases and other encumbrances, and (j) generally, any matter connected with the proper administration of the Mortgage. Our servicing fees shall be the amounts established and generally applied by us from time to time and may be disclosed in a Schedule to this Charge or ascertained upon inquiry to us.

(d) ; processing each payment frequency change, each payment date change, a skipped payment (if permitted by the Lender), extension, renewal, conversion, restructuring or other amendment of the Charge Contract, the Agreements, or amounts secured by the Chargehypothecs created under this Contract, whether or not completed,
(e) ; considering a request for a postponement and dealing with the completion of documents relating to a postponement request; investigating the status of any insurance and insurance, administering insurance cancellations and cancellations, paying insurance premiums,
(f) , dealing with insurance claims and otherwise attending to any circumstances resulting from non-compliance with insurance requirements under this Contract; providing a copy or duplicate of documents from the Lender’s file or an amortization schedule, a payment history, tax account history, audit verification and other services of a clerical nature including retrieval, copying, transmissions and other charges; investigating the status of realty tax Tax payments and administering tax Tax payments,
(g) ; administering the account for collection and payment of Taxes; registering a financing statement or financing change statement an application for registration of hypothecs or issuing or receiving any notice or information, security status or acknowledgement request and conducting any required searches,
(h) ; registering electronically or otherwise or executing and delivering any discharge or assignment of the hypothecs created under this Charge Contract (notwithstanding that the discharge or assignment may have been prepared by you the Borrower or other person on your behalfbehalf of the Borrower),
(i) ; reinvesting the personal time principal amount of the Loan in the event the Loan is repaid in full prior to the maturity date; or generally, any matter connected with the administration of this Contract, the Agreements and trouble of our employees or agents in collecting any payment or the Hypothecated Property including inquiring into compliance or otherwise reviewing or compliance, dealing with or enforcing any other obligation contained in this Charge Contract or instructing Agreements and assisting counsel or other agents with respect to the enforcement of this Charge and any litigation in relation thereto or in managing or selling the Property including, without limitation, with respect to taxespreparation and administration of legal actions and enforcements, Taxes, condominium fees and matters, insurance, repair and construction, environmental matters, leases and other encumbrancesencumbrances and managing or selling the Hypothecated Property. Servicing Fees. the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period, multiplied by (b) preparing the result of 2%, divided by twelve (12), multiplied by (c) the result of one (1), divided by the actual number of days during such Monthly Period; provided, that if one or more Reset Dates occur in a Monthly Period, the Aggregate Principal Receivables for purposes of clause (a) shall be (A) the Aggregate Principal Receivables as of the close of business on the last day of the prior Monthly Period for the period from and including the first day of the current Monthly Period, to but excluding such Reset Date and (B) the Aggregate Principal Receivables as of the close of business on such Reset Date, for the period from and including such Reset Date to the earlier of the last day of such Monthly Period (in which case such period shall include such day) or the next succeeding Reset Date (in which case such period shall not include such succeeding Reset Date). (i) the personal time and trouble of our employees or agents in collecting any payment or inquiring into compliance reimbursement of those expenses other than the Daily Servicing Fees. The Servicer may elect to receive, in lieu of the Daily Servicing Fees described in the preceding paragraph, as compensation for its servicing activities and as reimbursement for its reasonable expenses in connection therewith, a monthly servicing fee in respect of any Monthly Period (or otherwise reviewing portion thereof) prior to the termination of Servicer’s obligations under this Agreement (the “Monthly Servicing Fee”). The Monthly Servicing Fee for each Monthly Period (or dealing portion thereof) shall equal the sum of the Daily Servicing Fees (as calculated in the preceding paragraph), for each day in such Monthly Period (or portion therof). The share of the Monthly Servicing Fee allocable to each Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, as applicable, shall be payable on the dates and in the amounts specified in the related Indenture Supplement or Terms Document, as applicable. Issuer shall be obligated to pay the excess of the Monthly Servicing Fee over the portions allocated to the Notes. Servicer shall be required to pay for all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder (including any payments to accountants, counsel or enforcing any other obligation contained Person) and shall not be entitled to any payment or reimbursement of those expenses other than the Monthly Servicing Fees. The Servicer may not elect to receive a Monthly Servicing Fee for any Monthly Period in this Charge or instructing and assisting counsel or other agents with respect lieu of Daily Servicing Fees unless the Servicer shall have notified the Issuer in writing of such election at least five (5) Business Days prior to the enforcement first day of this Charge such Monthly Period. You agree The Borrower agrees to pay to us the Lender, when due, the Lender’s then current administration and processing fees for all aspects of the servicing fees to cover our reasonable time and costs for administration of the Charge including this Contract including, without limitation, a fee or allowance for
(a) : dealing with each stop payment request and arrangements to hold or process any payments other than on its due date by preauthorized debit and with any late or missed payment and for replacement of each cheque or other instrument not honoured when presented for payment or payment, any preauthorized payment which does not clear as scheduled
(b) , or any payment in a form other than preauthorized payment; preparing each assumption, arrears, reinstatement, discharge or other mortgage hypothec statement, and each amortization or revised amortization schedule whether provided to youthe Borrower, our to the Borrower’s agents or solicitors or any other interested person,
(c) ; setting up each loan in the Lender’s loan account systems and periodically for processing, maintaining and upgrading systems, software licensing, document management and data storage and retention and related customer service; processing each application to obtain our the Lender’s consent to assume approve a rental of the mortgage Hypothecated Property, or our to assume, transfer or assign this Contract and the hypothecs created therein or the Lender’s approval or consent for any other matter required by the Charge this Contract whether or not approval or consent is provided or the matter is completed,
(d) ; processing each payment frequency change, each payment date change, a skipped payment (if permitted by us), extension, renewal, conversion, restructuring or other amendment of the Charge Contract, the Agreements, or amounts secured by the Chargehypothecs created under this Contract, whether or not completed,
(e) investigating status of any insurance and administering insurance cancellations and paying insurance premiums,
(f) investigating status of realty tax payments and administering tax payments,
(g) registering a financing statement or financing change statement or issuing or receiving any notice or information, security status or acknowledgement request and conducting any required searches,
(h) registering electronically or otherwise or executing and delivering any discharge of this Charge (notwithstanding that the discharge may have been prepared by you or other person on your behalf),
(i) the personal time and trouble of our employees or agents in collecting any payment or inquiring into compliance or otherwise reviewing or dealing with or enforcing any other obligation contained in this Charge or instructing and assisting counsel or other agents with respect to the enforcement of this Charge and any litigation in relation thereto or in managing or selling the Property including, without limitation, with respect to taxes, condominium fees and matters, insurance, repair and construction, environmental matters, leases and other encumbrances, and
(j) generally, any matter connected with the proper administration of the Mortgage. Our servicing fees shall be the amounts established and generally applied by us from time to time and may be disclosed in a Schedule to this Charge or ascertained upon inquiry to us.;
