Session and Usage Data. Session and usage data is information about your use of the Software, without limitation, connection and service-related data submitted to us through the use of the Software. Session and usage data includes information relating to the connection request, server communication, and data sharing, including: network measurements; quality of service; time and date of the use of the Software; and upon your consent, your location. We may also aggregate session and usage data as described in the aggregate information section below. Session and usage data does not include any personally identifiable information nor does it include content you may transmit or share through the use of the Software (such as name and address).

  • Diagnostic and Usage Data If you opt in to diagnostic and usage collection, you agree that Apple and its subsidiaries and agents may collect, maintain, process and use diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including but not limited to information about your computer, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the Apple Software, and to verify compliance with the terms of this License. Apple may use this information, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify you, to provide and improve Apple’s products and services. To enable Apple’s partners and third party developers to improve their software, hardware and services designed for use with Apple products, Apple may also provide any such partner or third party developer with a subset of diagnostic information that is relevant to that partner’s or developer’s software, hardware and/or services, as long as the diagnostic information is in a form that does not personally identify you.

  • ORIENTATION AND INSERVICE 20.01 An orientation and inservice program will be provided to all employees; these programs shall be reviewed and discussed from time to time by members of the Union-Management Committee. The Committee will promote an environment that supports continuous learning, enhances opportunities for career development and will assist in the assessment, analysis, development and evaluation of the education programs at the facility.

  • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.

  • Collection and Use of Information (a) Licensee acknowledges that Licensor may, directly or indirectly through the services of Third Parties, collect and store information regarding use of the Software and about equipment on which the Software is installed or through which it otherwise is accessed and used, through:

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. Contractor shall maintain all Records, fiscal and otherwise, directly relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so as to document clearly Contractor's performance. Following final payment and termination of this Contract, Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of three years, or such longer period as may be required by law, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • RECORDS USAGE, DUPLICATION AND REDISCLOSURE RESTRICTIONS USAC and the Department agree to these restrictions on use, duplication, and disclosure of information furnished by the other Party:

  • Records Maintenance; Access Contractor shall maintain all financial records relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, Contractor shall maintain any other records, books, documents, papers, plans, records of shipments and payments and writings of Contractor, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Contract (“Records”) in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor's performance. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to such financial records and other Records that are pertinent to this Contract, whether in paper, electronic or other form, to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts. Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all such financial records and other Records for a minimum of 6 years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following final payment and termination of this Contract, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:

  • RETURN AND DELETION OF CUSTOMER DATA The Braze Services allow import, export, and deletion of Customer Data by authorized users at all times during the term of a customer’s subscription. Following termination or expiration of the Braze Services, Braze shall securely overwrite or delete Customer Data within 60 days following any such termination, in accordance with the Agreement, applicable laws and the Documentation.
