Related Data means any information relating to: (i) SANOFI’s Library of Compounds provided by or on behalf of SANOFI or its Affiliates to VENDOR, including, but not limited to compound barcoding information and compound weights, (ii) any other associated information provided by SANOFI or its Affiliates to VENDOR (or available to VENDOR at the Tucson Site), and (iii) other information generated under the Master Services Agreement or applicable Work Order (including, but not limited to inventory tracking, ordering, and shipping tracking information). For clarity, SANOFI has no obligation to share any compound structures with VENDOR except as otherwise specified in the Hit Discovery Services Agreements, but if any such structures are disclosed, they shall constitute Related Data.

Related Data means data or information (excluding Customer Data) associated with or arising out of the use of Fudo Enterprise (including, without limitation, data associated with requests made to, and responses generated in connection with, Fudo Enterprise).

Related Data means any record of information that is related to this Agreement, the Supply Address, Ancillary Products supplied to you, your interactions with us, connected devices at the Supply Address, the Meter or the products and services that you acquire from us or from third parties that we collaborate with, including records in physical or electronic form. Some, but not all, Related Data may include Personal Information. Residential Customer means a Small Customer who purchases electricity principally for personal, household or domestic use at the Supply Address.

Examples of Related Data in a sentence

• In such case, no copies of such PHI and Related Data shall be retained.

• Return PHI, and any Related Data, to Covered Entity in whatever form or medium that Business Associate received from or created on behalf of Covered Entity.

• The proviso in the immediately preceding sentence shall not restrict or limit American’s rights with respect to American Traveler Related Data maintained on any database that is not the AAdvantage Customer Database.

• As between the parties, it is American’s responsibility to maintain a separate version of the American Traveler Related Data, but a failure by American to do so shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

• Ecorobotix shall retain all rights in the Machine Related Data and the Ecorobotix Content and shall be entitled to make any use of such data as it will deem fit.

• If the Business Associate destroys PHI, and any Related Data, it shall be done with the use of technology or methodology that renders the PHI unusable, unreadable, or undecipherable to unauthorized individuals as specified by HHS in HHS guidance at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ocr/privacy/hipaa/administrative/breachnotificationrule/brguidance.html.

• VENDOR is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and trade secret status of, and enforcing the restricted use obligations with respect to, any and all Related Data as Confidential Information in accordance with Section 5 of the Master Services Agreement and shall appropriately ▇▇▇▇ as confidential all Related Data.

• Lessor may provide additional space in the Data Center and/or may provide (or may cause a Service Provider to provide) additional Related Data Center Services to Customer at prices upon which Lessor and Customer agree, as reflected in a Change Order.

• All provisions of this Agreement which may reasonably be interpreted or construed as surviving termination shall survive, including without limitation Sections 3.F., 3.G., 3.J., 4.C (iv), 5, 6, 8 and 10 and any aspect of Exhibit B to the extent reasonably required to preserve SANOFI’s rights thereunder, including with respect to the return to SANOFI of SANOFI’s Library of Compounds and Related Data (each as defined therein).

• Failure by Customer to timely respond to Lessor’s request for evidence of credit worthiness shall allow Lessor to modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Related Data Center Services, immediately upon notice.

More Definitions of Related Data

Related Data means all data (including, without limitation, clinical trial data), results and information related to the Product, which is Controlled by Vical as of the Effective Date or during the Project Term, and which is not Project Data but is necessary for Regulatory Approval in Asia.

Related Data means court orders, amendment forms of all types, affidavits, documentary proofs, correspondence and indexes associated with a specific vital record.

Related Data means, with respect to the Licensed Patents or Sublicensed Patents:

Related Data means any record of information that is related to this Market Contract, the Supply Address, Ancillary Products supplied to you, your interactions with us, connected devices at the Supply Address, the Meter or the products and services that you acquire from us or from third parties that we collaborate with, including records in physical or electronic form. Responsible means where a retailer is financially responsible for Energy Supplied for the purposes of settlement in a relevant wholesale Energy market.
