Related Data definition

Related Data means court orders, amendment forms of all types, affidavits, documentary proofs, correspondence and indexes associated with a specific vital record;
Related Data means data or information (excluding Customer Data) associated with or arising out of the use of Fudo Enterprise (including, without limitation, data associated with requests made to, and responses generated in connection with, Fudo Enterprise).
Related Data means any information relating to: (i) SANOFI’s Library of Compounds provided by or on behalf of SANOFI or its Affiliates to VENDOR, including, but not limited to compound barcoding information and compound weights, (ii) any other associated information provided by SANOFI or its Affiliates to VENDOR (or available to VENDOR at the Tucson Site), and (iii) other information generated under the Master Services Agreement or applicable Work Order (including, but not limited to inventory tracking, ordering, and shipping tracking information). For clarity, SANOFI has no obligation to share any compound structures with VENDOR except as otherwise specified in the Hit Discovery Services Agreements, but if any such structures are disclosed, they shall constitute Related Data.

More Definitions of Related Data

Related Data means all data (including, without limitation, clinical trial data), results and information related to the Product, which is Controlled by Vical as of the Effective Date or during the Project Term, and which is not Project Data but is necessary for Regulatory Approval in Asia.
Related Data means any record of information that is related to this Agreement, the Supply Address, Ancillary Products supplied to you, your interactions with us, connected devices at the Supply Address, the Meter or the products and services that you acquire from us or from third parties that we collaborate with, including records in physical or electronic form. Some, but not all, Related Data may include Personal Information. Residential Customer means a Small Customer who purchases electricity principally for personal, household or domestic use at the Supply Address.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;
