Common use of Sessions of the Commission Clause in Contracts

Sessions of the Commission. Pursuant with paragraph 4 of Article II of the Agreement, the Commission, in consultation with the Director-General, shall at each session consider and agree on the time and place for the next session in accordance with the requirements of the Commission’s programmes. The Chairperson, accordingly, shall issue the announcement of the session.
