Common use of SET-OFFS BY DIRECTV Clause in Contracts

SET-OFFS BY DIRECTV. DIRECTV may set-off or recoup any amounts owed to it by Contractor, or by its subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to this or any other agreement with DIRECTV, and any damages suffered by DIRECTV due to Contractor’s breach hereof or other misconduct, against any amounts which it owes to Contractor. The foregoing does not limit DIRECTV’s right to recover any unrecouped balance.
