Common use of Sets Clause in Contracts

Sets. 1. Sets, as defined in General Rule 3 of the HS, shall be regarded as originating provided that all component products are originating. 2. When a set is composed of products originating in Contracting Parties and of third party origin, the set as a whole shall be regarded as originating in Contracting Parties, provided that the value of products of the third party origin does not exceed 15% of the ex-works price of the set.
