List. If alternate employment is not available, layoff shall be in accordance with the layoff provisions of this agreement.

The following list sets out membership in the teachers’ bargaining unit, as defined by PELRA, currently included in the Column C agreement, by variation of the LRB, but not included for purposes of the Column A agreement. i SD.6 (Rocky Mountain) — Employees instructing adult education academic credit courses. ii SD.82 (Coast Mountains) — Speech Language Pathologists and uncertified substitute teachers. in. iii SD.83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap) — Persons employed to teach the Family Life curriculum in the Family Life Education program and Speech Language Pathologists iv SD.91 (Nechako Lakes) — Associated professionals including Speech Language Pathologists, Native Educational Counsellors, Native Language and Culture Instructors.
List. As soon after the end of each calendar year as it is practicable to do so, Company will furnish Union with a list showing the name, social security number, home address, employment date, and classification of each employee calculated to the end of such year.

List a. The Board shall maintain a list of approved Teachers-Teaching-On-Call indicating those who have teaching certificates. A copy of this list shall be forwarded to all schools early in the first term and be updated early in the second term each year. Copies shall be provided to the BVTU.
b. Placement of a person’s name on the list shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent.
c. A person’s name shall not be removed from the list without just and reasonable cause.
List. The District shall furnish to the Federation by October 1, of each year a complete list of Bargaining Unit employees covered by this Contract. The list shall be in alphabetical order by last name and with said employee’s date of hire, date of birth, and work site location. The Federation shall share a google sheet with the Payroll Department listing all current Local 4894 Union Members. Payroll shall share a google sheet with the Local 4894 Union Secretary with a list of staff members having Union dues withdrawn. These shared google sheets will be shared in view only mode. Discrepancies shall be addressed collaboratively by email. The District shall notify the Federation after each monthly Board meeting of all newly appointed employees. Human Resources Assistant will email the personnel report and addendum to the President of 4894 after each Board meeting.
List. All employees shall be entitled to, and compensated for, eight (8) hours at their regular hourly rate of pay for all holidays listed below:
