Common use of Settlement Administrator Database Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator Database. The Settlement Administrator shall maintain and preserve records of all of its activities, including logs of all telephone calls, emails, faxes, mailings, visits to the Settlement Website, and all other contacts with actual and potential members of the Settlement Class, in a computerized database with easily retrievable records. The database shall also include a running tally of the number of and types of materials mailed or disseminated by the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator shall provide Co- Lead Class Counsel and Counsel for NIBCO with quarterly written reports throughout the Claim Period summarizing all statistics and actions taken by the Settlement Administrator in connection with administering the Settlement.

The Settlement Administrator shall provide Co- Lead Class Counsel and Counsel for NIBCO Generac with quarterly monthly written reports regarding both Reimbursement Claims and Inspection Claims throughout the Claim Period summarizing all statistics and actions taken by the Settlement Administrator in connection with administering the Settlement.

The Settlement Administrator shall maintain and preserve records of all of its activities, including logs of all telephone calls, emails, faxes, mailings, visits to the Settlement Website, and all other contacts with actual and potential members of the Settlement Class, in a computerized database with easily retrievable records. The database shall also include a running tally of the number of and types of materials mailed issued by mail or disseminated by the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator shall provide Co- the Lead Class Counsel and Counsel for NIBCO Bow with quarterly written reports reports, or more frequently upon Xxx’s request, throughout the Claim Period summarizing all statistics and actions taken by the Settlement Administrator in connection with administering the Settlement.
