Common use of Settlement Class Counsel Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class Counsel. and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall request that after Notice is completed, the Xxxxxxxxxx Court hold a Final Approval Hearing and grant final approval of the Settlement set forth herein. The Parties will recommend that the Final Approval Hearing be scheduled no earlier than one hundred twenty (120) Days after the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.
