Common use of Settlement Data Clause in Contracts

Settlement Data. NCPA shall make billing and settlement data available to the Participants in the All Resources Xxxx, or other invoice, or upon request. NCPA may also, at its sole discretion, make billing and settlement support information available to Participants using electronic media (e.g. electronic data portal). Procedures and formats for the provision of such electronic data submission may be established by the Commission from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, NCPA may, in its reasonable discretion, require the Participants to execute a non- disclosure agreement prior to providing access to the NCPA electronic data portal.
