Settlement Date of Kun-Pledge. The creditor has explained to the Pledgor that the Pledgor may select one of the following three types of settlement date of Kun-Pledge, and the Pledgor hereby undertakes the date set type forth in as the settlement date: Designation Type Year Month Date Automatic Designation Type Settlement date shall not be pre-designated. If three (3) years have passed from the date of this agreement, the Pledgor may designate the settlement date of this Kun-Pledge by a written notice; provided, however, that the settlement date shall be at least fourteen (14) days after the arrival date of such notice. If the settlement date is within less than fourteen (14) days after the arrival of such notice, the settlement date shall be the fourteenth (14th) day after such arrival. However, if the Pledgor has not delivered any notice to the creditor, the settlement date shall be the date that falls on the fifth (5th) anniversary of this agreement.
