Effective Date of Settlement definition

Effective Date of Settlement means: the date on which all of the conditions to settlement set forth in § 2 of this Settlement Agreement have been fully satisfied or waived and the Settlement shall have become Final.
Effective Date of Settlement or "Effective Date" means the date upon which the Settlement contemplated by this Stipulation shall become effective, as set forth in paragraph 21 below.
Effective Date of Settlement or “Effective Date” means the date upon which all of the events and conditions set forth in ¶10.1 below have been met and have occurred.

Effective Date of Settlement means the first date after: (1) the Court enters the Final Order and Judgment, in all material respects similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit C; and
