Settlement Demands. The Firm shall immediately advise Citizens, and the insured in Third Party Matters, of any settlement demands or settlement opportunities that may arise in a matter. The Firm shall consult with Citizens and obtain approval prior to engaging in any settlement negotiations on behalf of Citizens or its insureds.
