Settlement of Accounts. 3.1 (a) The Trustee shall maintain accurate records and detailed accounts of all investments, receipts, disbursements, and other transactions related to the Trust, and those records shall be available at all reasonable times to the Administrator, the Company, or their authorized representatives.
