Seventh (7th) Anniversary. In the event the Medical Group shall exercise its option as of the Seventh (7th) Anniversary, the Management Company shall have no obligation to return any portion of the Management Fees paid by the Medical Group under the terms of this Agreement.

Seventh (7th) Anniversary.
