Common use of Severability and Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Severability and Interpretation. If one or more of the provisions contained herein shall be held for any reason to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall not affect any other provision herein, and this Subcontract shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.
