Manual. We will issue to you or make available in electronic form the Manual and any revisions and updates we may make to the Manual during the License Term. You agree to ensure that your copy of the Manual is, at all times, current and up to date. If there is any dispute as to your compliance with the provisions of the Manual, the master copy of the Manual maintained at our principal office will control.
Manual. The Recipient shall: (i) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not assign, amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be assigned, amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof.

Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Procedures Manual; and (ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.
Manual. The Manual are for customers who have purchased our products. We may be unable to respond to inquiries from individuals who have not purchased our products. Please note that the manual and the contact information therein are subject to change without notice. The Manual is protected by Japanese copyright law and international copyright laws and treaties. You must reproduce on each copy the Nikon copyright notice and any other proprietary legends that were on the original.
Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out, through its Ministry of Telecommunications, Posts and Communication, the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual, including the administrative, financial, and accounting procedures manual, and a procurement procedures manual, referred to in Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement; and (ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.
Manual. Seller shall have received and reviewed any changes to the Manual since the initial closing hereunder.
Manual. (a) Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual, and (b) shall not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, without the prior written agreement of the Association.
2. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Manual. SONIC shall loan to Licensee for use at the Sonic Restaurant the Sonic Operations Manual prepared by SONIC for use by licensees of Sonic drive-in restaurants similar to the Sonic Restaurant to be operated by Licensee. Licensee recognizes that the Sonic Operations Manual contains detailed information relating to operation of the Sonic Restaurant including: (a) food formulas and specifications for designated food and beverage products; (b) methods of inventory control; (c) bookkeeping and accounting procedures; (d) business practices and policies; and (e) other management, advertising, and personnel policies. Licensee agrees to promptly adopt and use exclusively the formulas, methods and policies contained in the Sonic Operations Manual, now and as they may be modified by SONIC from time to time and to return said manual to SONIC at the expiration or earlier termination of this License.
