SEVERABILITY AND PROVISIONS OF LAW. a. It is understood and agreed that this Memorandum of Understanding is subject to all current and future applicable Federal, State and County laws. If any part of provision of this Memorandum of Understanding is in conflict or inconsistent with the above applicable laws, rules, or is otherwise held to be invalid or unenforceable by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that part or provision shall be suspended and superseded by the applicable law and the remainder of this Memorandum of Understanding shall not be affected.
