SEVERABILITY AND SAVINGS CLAUSE. 1. In the event that any Federal or State legislation or court decision causes invalidation of any Article or Section of this Agreement, that Article or Section of an Article so declared null and void shall be invalid, but all other Articles of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
