Severability and Validity of Agreement. Should the participation of any Member to this Agreement, or any part, term or provision of this Agreement be decided by the courts or the legislature to be illegal, in excess of that Member’s authority, in conflict with any law of the State of California, or otherwise rendered unenforceable or ineffectual, the validity of the remaining portions, terms or provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and each Member hereby agrees it would have entered into this Agreement upon the same remaining terms as provided herein.
