Severance clause; waiver clause. In the event that a provision of this Contract proves to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the enforceability of the other provisions; the contracting parties shall replace the provision concerned with an enforceable provision which reflects, as closely as possible, the intention and economic effect of the provision concerned. A waiver to prosecute a breach of a provision of this Contract by one of the contracting parties, shall not be interpreted as a waiver to prosecute subsequent breaches.
