SMS Messaging. If Customer elects to receive short message service (“SMS”) messages to Customer’s mobile device and/or email messages as part of the Services, Customer hereby authorizes Xxxx Deere to send SMS messages and/or email messages to Customer and agrees to be bound by the additional terms set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. To elect to receive SMS messages on a mobile device, Customer mus t be, and warrants that Customer is, the authorized user of the mobile device. SMS messages may be received on mobile devices utilizing the wireless carriers identified at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. Customer acknowledges that Customer has the option for the term of this Contract to opt-in or opt-out of receiving SMS and/or email messages. For assistance with SMS message issues, Customers may visit xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/XXXXxxx, email xxxxxxxxxxxxx@XxxxXxxxx.xxx, or call 000-000-0000, or text HELP to 74765. To opt-out of receiving SMS messages, Customers in must text STOP to 74765. The number of SMS messages received by Customer will vary depending upon machine activity. Customer’s receipt of SMS messages may result in Customer incurring additional messaging or data fees from Customer’s wireless carrier for which Customer is solely liable.
SMS Messaging. By using Home Concierge, you agree that HomeAdvisor and its service professionals may send you informational text (SMS) messages as part of Home Concierge. These text (SMS) messages shall not be used for marketing purposes. You may choose to opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages from HomeAdvisor at any time by texting the word STOP to HOME1 from the mobile device that is receiving the messages. You acknowledge that by opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages from HomeAdvisor and its service professionals, your use of Home Concierge may be impacted. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT HOMEADVISOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF FORESEEABILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SMS Messaging. Sprint Direct Connect users with Sprint Direct Connect Devices may be prompted to send a text or voice SMS message when a Sprint Direct Connect transmission is blocked (e.g., the other user is out of coverage, has his/her device turned off, or is using other Services). Prompted SMS Messaging is only available for Sprint Direct Connect transmissions between two Sprint Direct Connect Devices when the recipient uses a single number for voice calls and Sprint Direct Connect service. Sprint charges for these SMS messages consistent with Customer’s Business Plan.

To elect to receive SMS messages on one or more mobile devices, Customer must be, and warrants that Customer is, or one or more of its employees or agents (having provided Customer with corresponding permissions) are, the authorized user(s) of the mobile devices. Customer acknowledges that Customer has the option for the Term to opt-in or opt-out of receiving SMS and/or email messages, although Trailer Telematics is under no obligation to provide either email or texting options. The number of SMS messages Customer receives will vary depending upon activity involving the Customer Trailer Telematics Equipment. Customer’s receipt of SMS messages may result in Customer or the applicable Customer employee(s) incurring additional messaging or data fees from Customer’s (or its employees’ or agents’) wireless carrier(s) for which Customer and/or its employees or agents are solely liable.

To elect to receive SMS messages on a mobile device, Customer must be, and warrants that Customer is, the authorized user of the mobile device. Customer acknowledges that Customer has the option for the term of this Contract to opt-in or opt-out of receiving SMS and/or email messages. SMS Messaging. (a) Customer will not use SMS messaging service to transmit inappropriate content. Inappropriate content includes any content that (a) is unsolicited, (b) causes the introduction of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, e-mail bombs, cancelbots or other similar computer programming routines, (c) is unlawful or offensive as determined by MobileIron’s suppliers in their sole discretion, (d) is misleading or inaccurate, or (e) infringes the intellectual property of any person.
SMS Messaging. Guest consent to receiving SMS messages prior to and during their stay. Messages are used to communicate check-in info and in the case of emergency.

Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has the option for the term of this Agreement to opt-in or opt-out of receiving SMS and/or email messages, although Great Dane is under no obligation to provide either email or texting options. The number of SMS messages Buyer receives will vary depending upon activity involving the Buyer Great Dane Equipment. Buyer’s receipt of SMS messages may result in Buyer or the applicable Buyer employee(s) incurring additional messaging or data fees from Buyer’s (or its employees’ or agents’) wireless carrier(s) for which Buyer and/or its employees or agents are solely liable.
SMS Messaging. By creating an Account and using these services the User agrees to receive informational text (SMS/Whatsapp) messages. WeFuel may, in its sole discretion, allow or request the User to present, upload, or make available text, audio-visual content and information, including commentary and feedback related to the Services. (“User Content”). By providing User Content to WeFuel, the User agrees to give to WeFuel a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, use copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content ( including in connection with the Services and WeFuel’s business and on third –party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from the User, and without the requirement of payment to the User or any other person or entity. The User is solely responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Services. The Users mobile/cell network’s data and fees may apply if the User accesses or uses the Services from a wireless-enabled device. The User is responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and Applications and any updates thereto. WeFuel does not guarantee that the Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. In addition, the User should be aware that the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. Making a false claim to obtain a License to use services or in any section in this document shall automatically disqualify the User from using the Services. The User is encouraged to cease and desist from using the services if making a false claim and if the User continues to do so, the User will be liable and subject to prosecution for having committed fraud with WeFuel.
