Common use of Severance Compensation and Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Severance Compensation and Other Obligations. (a) If Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or by Employee for Good Reason or by the Company for any reason (other than death or disability) within one year after a Sale of the Company (as hereinafter defined), then, subject to Employee’s continued compliance with the provisions of Section 7 and 8 of this Agreement, the Company shall provide to Employee the following:
