Common use of Severance Period Clause in Contracts

Severance Period. The term “Severance Period” means the period of time commencing upon the date on which your employment terminates and ending on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the date on which your employment terminates or (ii) the date you take any action which, if you were employed by the Company, would breach the terms of your Confidentiality Agreement.
