Severity. The Rate Per EFH will be adjusted when there is a deviation from the parameters above per the Price Adjustment Matrix to be further mutually agreed by the Parties. Trip will provide information regarding the above parameters on a monthly basis and in a mutually agreed upon format in accordance with Article 6 of the Agreement.
