Support Term. The initial one (1) year period commencing on the execution of each Order for Licensed Product, and each one (1) year renewal period thereafter for which Customer subscribes to Support.

Support Term. Subject to Customer’s payment of all applicable fees (including, but not limited to, any license fees for the Software and any fees for the Support Services), AVEVA will provide the Support Services during the Support Term. If additional Supported Software or Goods are purchased, licensed, or leased by Customer during the Support Term, then AVEVA may require that Customer obtain Support Services for such additional Supported Software or Goods either (a) with a term prorated to expire at the same time as the Support Term or (b) for a different specified term. If Support Services are not included with the Software and Customer has not purchased Support Services, then AVEVA shall not provide to Customer any Support Services.
Support Term. Maintenance Services as specified in this Schedule B will be provided for the duration of the Term.

Following the end of the Initial Term, Software Support Services shall automatically renew for a 12 month period and then continuously thereafter in 12 month periods, unless otherwise specified in the Order Form (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days prior to the end of the Term, of its intention to terminate the Service. The Initial Term and Renewal Terms are collectively referred to as the “Support Term”.
