Sex-Offender Status. The criminal history report or an approved, separate sex offender status report must include a national crosscheck of all sex offender databases and registries. The report must include the Xxx Xxxxxx National Sex Offender Public Website as well as state sex offender registries that encompass all counties in each state. No Vendor Staff with a current registration on any sex offender database or registry may perform services under this Agreement.
