SEXUAL EXPLOITATION. In the performance of this Agreement, the CSO shall comply with the Standards of Conduct set forth in the Secretary-General’s bulletin ST/SGB/2003/13 of 9 October 2003, concerning “Special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse.” In particular, the CSO shall not engage in any conduct that would constitute sexual exploitation or sexual abuse, as defined in that bulletin.
