SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND OTHER UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT. The provisions of Division III, Section 3.6 of the District’s Administrative Code Personnel Policies and Procedures are incorporated herein, and made a part hereof by this reference. Proposed changes to this policy that are within the scope of bargaining will not be implemented without first obtaining the concurrence of the Association. This section is excluded from the grievance procedure.
