Common use of SFEP Staff Clause in Contracts

SFEP Staff. The current existing staff, with the exception of the three staff performing permit work for the Regional Water Quality Control Board, will move the location of their employment from 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, San Francisco, CA, at such time as the space at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx is ready for occupancy. MTC will pay for the costs of moving the SFEP staff to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx.
