Make determinations regarding eligibility for benefits, decide disputes relative to a Plan Participants rights, and decide questions of Plan interpretations and those of fact relating to the Plan. Have authority to remedy ambiguities, inconsistencies or omissions. Delegate to any person or entity such powers, duties and responsibilities it deems appropriate.
