USE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED VEHICLES. U.S. Forest Service vehicles may be used for official U.S. Forest Service business only in accordance with FSH 7109.19, ch. 60, the requirements established by the region in which performance of this agreement takes place, and the terms of this agreement.

USE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED VEHICLES. U.S. Forest Service vehicles may be used by the State employees or State sub-awardees or State sub-contractors, including county forest employees and contracted consulting foresters, for official U.S. Forest Service business only accordance with FSH 7109.19, chapter 60, the requirements established by the region in which performance of this agreement takes place, and the terms of this agreement. It is not the intent to provide the State the use of U.S. Forest Service vehicles. The occasional use of U.S. Forest Service vehicles for particular activities, such as joint inter-disciplinary review, will be mutually agreed upon.
USE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED VEHICLES. Vehicles provided to a requesting agency must be used in accordance with the servicing agency’s policies on vehicle use. If an employee of a requesting agency is using a vehicle provided by a servicing agency and causes damage to that vehicle, the requesting agency shall pay for damages to the vehicle.
USE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED VEHICLES. The City of Xxxxxxx Cove will provide transportation necessary for workers fulfilling maintenance tasks at Luck Lake and Seaside Park.

This customary commercial license is provided in accordance with FAR 12.211 (Technical Data) and FAR 12.212 (Software) and, for Department of Defense transactions, DFAR 252.227-7015 (Technical Data – Commercial Items) and DFAR 227.7202-3 (Rights in Commercial Computer Software or Computer Software Documentation). If a government agency has a need for rights not granted under these terms, it must negotiate with Us to determine if there are acceptable terms for granting those rights, and a mutually acceptable written addendum specifically granting those rights must be included in any applicable agreement.

  • U.S. Government End Users The Software is a "commercial item," as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 (Oct. 1995), consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (Sept. 1995). Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. Government End Users acquire the Software with only those rights set forth herein.

  • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.

  • USE OF CONTRACT BY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES At the option of the Contractor, the use of the contract resulting from this solicitation may be extended to other governmental agencies, including the State of Florida, its agencies, political subdivisions, counties, and cities. Each governmental agency allowed by the Contractor to use this contract shall do so independent of any other governmental entity. Each agency shall be responsible for its own purchases and shall be liable only for goods or services ordered, received and accepted. No agency receives any liability by virtue of this bid and subsequent contract award.

  • Controlled Government Data The Disclosing Party's Controlled Government Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.
