Common use of Share Ownership Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Share Ownership Guidelines. In consideration of and as a condition of your continued employment by the Company under the terms of this letter agreement, among other things, you will be required to acquire and maintain a meaningful ownership interest, in the form of shares or share units, in IHS Markit’s common shares. The ownership levels vary by position and are equal to a multiple of your base salary as set forth under IHS Markit’s share ownership guidelines as amended or otherwise modified by the HR Committee from time to time.
