Shared Driveway. Pursuant to the North Quad Parcel 1 & 2 RFP, Tenant is required to equally share the cost of fully constructing the entire extension of Falcon Lane within the right-of- th Quad Parcel 1 & 2 RFP Shared Driveway al depiction of the Shared Driveway is shown on C attached hereto and made a part of this Lease. The Shared Driveway shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved in writing by the Authority and all other required governmental or non-governmental agencies or parties in accordance with applicable law. Tenant covenants and agrees that rth Quad Parcel 1 & 2 RFP to commence construction of improvements on their respective leasehold property must fully pay for and complete construction of the entire Shared Driveway and (ii) the second party between Tenant and the the North Quad Parcel 1 & 2 RFP to commence construction on their respective leasehold property must reimburse the first party fifty percent (50%) of the full cost of constructing the entire Shared Driveway within thirty (30) days of completion of construction by the first party of the entire Shared Driveway and written demand therefor from the first party to the second party (along with copies prior written consent, the first party and second party hereinabove may mutually agree in writing to an alternative construction and payment procedure for the Shared Driveway. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Authority, its commissioners, officers, employees, attorneys, insurers and agents, from and against any claim, action, suit, demand, cost, expense or liability of any kind, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses of defense (through all appeals), relating in any way to the Shared Driveway, or the construction or payment thereof, or the communications, agreements and business dealings between Tenant Quad Parcel 1 & 2 RFP.

  • Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. End users and O&M must be made aware of the possible impact in case of failure of redundant system/equipment. End user(s) and O&M must have some say of the date and time it may take place.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use.   • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

  • Shared Leave Use A. The Employer will determine the amount of leave, if any, which an employee may receive. However, an employee will not receive more than five hundred twenty- two (522) days of shared leave during their entire duration of state employment, except that, the Employer may authorize shared leave in excess of five hundred twenty-two (522) days in extraordinary circumstances for an employee qualifying for the shared leave program because he or she is suffering from an illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition that is of an extraordinary nature.
