Penal action can be initiated on the suppliers / Contractors in line with extant ‘Guidelines for Suspension of Business Dealings with Suppliers/ Contractors.
If the Bidder(s)/ Contractor(s), before award or during execution has committed a transgression through a violation of Section 2 above, or acts in any other manner such as to put his reliability or credibility in question, the Principal is entitled to disqualify the Bidders(s)/ Contractor(s) from the tender process or take action as per the separate “Guidelines for Suspension of Business Dealings with Suppliers/ Contractors” framed by the Principal.

BHEL's Guidelines for Suspension of Business Dealings with Suppliers/ Contractors shall apply to this Notice Inviting Tender/ Enquiry.
The bidder along with its associate / collaborators / sub-vendors / consultants / service providers shall strictly adhere to “Guidelines for Suspension of Business Dealings with Suppliers/ Contractors” AA/MM/SB/01 Rev: 02, Dt.22.07.2016 displayed on BHEL website http://www.bhel.com.
On arising of any situation or occurrence of any event as mentioned in Clause 6 of the Guidelines on Banning of Business Dealings, you shall be liable for action under and in accordance with the aforementioned Guidelines.
