Shared Savings. The NRC reserves the right to include the following shared savings clause in any order. a. The Contractor is entitled, under the provisions of this clause, to share in cost savings resulting from the implementation of cost reduction projects, which are presented to the NRC in the form of Cost Reduction Proposals (CRP) and approved by the CO. These cost reduction projects may require changes to the terms, conditions or statement of work of this BPA. Cost reduction projects must not change the essential function of any products to be delivered or the essential purpose of services to be provided under the BPA.
