Common use of SHARED TENANT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SHARED TENANT SERVICES. Lessee acknowledges that any provision of telecommunications and office automation services and equipment (“Shared Tenant Services”) by a third party provider, Shared Technologies Inc., its agents, affiliates and successors (the “Provider”) is entirely separate and distinct from this lease agreement and that Lessor has no duty of performance concerning the provision of Shared Tenant Services.

Lessee acknowledges that any provision of telecommunications and office automation services and equipment (“"Shared Tenant Services”") by a third party provider, including but not limited to Shared Technologies Inc., its agents, affiliates and successors (collectively the “"Provider”") is entirely separate and distinct from this lease Lease agreement and that Lessor has no duty of performance concerning the provision of Shared Tenant Services. Lessee hereby agrees to look solely to the provider for any failure in the provision of Shared Tenant Services.
