Shared Territories. HRFN will discuss the transfer of the Lands and the Land Management Measures with First Nations, including Treaty 8 adherents, which have or assert rights under s. 35(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982 in the territory in which the foregoing are located and will make reasonable, culturally appropriate efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the applicable Closing Date or the implementation of the Land Management Measures, as the case may be.
Shared Territories. XXXX will discuss the transfer of the Lands with First Nations, including Treaty 8 adherents, which have or assert rights under s. 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 in the territory in which the foregoing are located and PRFN will make reasonable, culturally appropriate efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the applicable Closing Date. Where requested by XXXX, British Columbia will provide reasonable assistance to PRFN to facilitate these discussions or conflict resolution processes.
Shared Territories. The Nanoose Indian Band will discuss the issue of overlaps and claimed shared territories with relevant First Nations and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the ITA Date.

DRFN will discuss the transfer of any Lands and the Land Management Measures contemplated under this Agreement with First Nations, including Treaty 8 adherents, which have or assert rights under s. 35(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982 in the territory in which the foregoing are located and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the applicable Closing Date or the implementation of the Land Management Measures, as the case may be.
Shared Territories. The Songhees Indian Band will discuss the issue of overlaps and claimed shared territories with relevant First Nations and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the ITA Date.
Shared Territories. Prior to the transfer of the Parcel to the Designated Company, the Province and Sts’ailes will discuss and make reasonable efforts to resolve issues raised by other First Nations. In the event any such claims are not resolved, the Parties will work together on an agreeable approach.
Shared Territories. The T’Sou-ke Indian Band will discuss the issue of overlaps and claimed shared territories with relevant First Nations and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the ITA Date.

Notwithstanding the Parties’ understanding that the Lands are not subject to overlapping or shared territory claims by other First Nations, the Parties acknowledge and agree that information may be provided by a First Nation that requires further consideration of the transfer of the Lands.
Shared Territories. The Beecher Bay Indian Band will discuss the issue of overlaps and claimed shared territories with relevant First Nations and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflicts with those First Nations prior to the ITA Date.
Shared Territories. Prior to the transfer of the Lands to the Designated Company, Xxx Xxx Kum will discuss and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any overlap or shared territory claims by other First Nations. In the event any such claims are not resolved to the Province's satisfaction, the Province may amend the boundaries of the Lands, not transfer the Lands, or transfer other lands.
