Shareholder Inspection of Stock Records. Upon a request from any Shareholder to inspect stock records, Transfer Agent will notify a Fund, and the Fund will issue instructions granting or denying each such request. Unless Transfer Agent has acted contrary to a Fund’s instructions, the Fund agrees and does hereby release Transfer Agent from any liability for refusal of permission for a particular Shareholder to inspect the Fund’s Shareholder records.
