Common use of Shareholders' Certificate Clause in Contracts

Shareholders' Certificate. The Buyer shall have received a certificate of the Shareholders, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Buyer, dated the Closing Date, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13 and 7.15 have been fulfilled.

Shareholders' Certificate. The Buyer shall have received a certificate of the Shareholders, in a form reasonably acceptable to Shareholders of the BuyerCompany, dated the Closing Date, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 7.4, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13 7.5 and 7.15 7.7 have been fulfilled.

Shareholders' Certificate. The Buyer shall have received a certificate of the ShareholdersShareholder, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Buyer, dated the Closing Date, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13 and 7.15 have been fulfilled.

Shareholders' Certificate. The Buyer shall have received a certificate of the Shareholders, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Buyereach Shareholder, dated the Closing Date, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 6.6, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.16.1, 7.26.2, 7.56.4, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13 6.7 and 7.15 6.9 have been fulfilled.

Shareholders' Certificate. The Buyer shall have received a certificate of the ShareholdersShareholder, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Buyer, dated the Closing Date, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.15.1, 7.25.2, 7.55.5, 7.65.6, 7.75.7, 7.85.8, 7.95.9, 7.105.10, 7.115.11, 7.125.12, 7.13 and 7.15 5.13 have been fulfilled.
